What we are
Business Loans for America is a financing marketplace and brokerage serving small and medium businesses across all 50 states and Washington, DC. We are not a lender. We do not make credit decisions, we do not originate financing, and we do not hold your loan. Lenders in our network do all three.
How we are paid
A lender pays us a commission when your deal funds. You are never invoiced and there is no fee at any stage — not to apply, not to receive offers, not to decline them. That arrangement leaves us with exactly one job: find the offer you will actually sign. A deal that funds and is repaid is worth considerably more to us than one that funds and goes bad, which is why we have no reason to push you toward the most expensive product available.
What happens to your application
Your file goes to the lenders in our network who write in your industry, your state and your revenue band. It does not go to the ones who would decline it, and it is not sold as a lead. Being called forty times after filling in one form is the most common bad experience in this industry, and it is worth asking any broker about directly before you hand over a phone number.

Every guide carries his name and the date it was written or last reviewed, and the numbers in them come from the files we read, from the federal sources linked on each page, or from our own placements, labelled as such. If something in a guide is wrong, write to support@businessloansforamerica.com and it gets fixed.
What we will not do
We will not tell you that you are approved before a lender has said so. We will not quote you a rate before anyone has read your bank statements. We will not ask you for an upfront fee, and if anyone in this industry does, that is a recognised advance-fee scam and you should end the conversation.
