What this covers
Passing your application to third-party lenders, and our use of advertising cookies and identifiers, may constitute a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act. If you are a California resident you have the right to opt out of both.
How to opt out
Email alex@infinitebookings.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information”. Tell us the name, email address and telephone number you used, so we can find your record. We will verify your identity before acting on the request, and you may use an authorised agent where the law allows.
We also honour Global Privacy Control signals sent by your browser. If your browser sends one, we treat it as an opt-out request for that browser without you needing to email us.
What opting out does not do
Opting out stops future sharing. It does not withdraw an application you have already submitted, and it cannot recall information already provided to a lender — once a lender has your application it holds that information under its own privacy policy, which we do not control. To ask a lender to delete your information, you need to contact that lender directly.
If you opt out and then submit a new application, we will not be able to match you to lenders, because passing your details to them is the service.
Your other rights
California residents also have the right to know what we have collected, to request deletion or correction, to receive a copy in a portable form, and to be free from retaliation for exercising these rights. Those are set out in full in our Privacy Policy.
