1. Consent to electronic records
By using Business Loans for America and submitting an application, you consent to receive from Ellipsis Capital LLC — electronically rather than on paper — all agreements, notices, disclosures, authorisations, receipts and other records relating to your application and your relationship with us.

- Application confirmations and status updates.
- Any disclosure we are required to provide in writing.
Records from third-party lenders are governed by that lender’s own consent and disclosure documents, not this one.
3. How records are delivered
We deliver records by email to the address you provide, by SMS to the mobile number you provide, or by posting them on this website. It is your responsibility to keep your contact details current with us.
4. What you need
- A device with an internet connection and a current web browser.
- A valid email address, and a mobile telephone able to receive SMS.
- The ability to view, download, print or otherwise retain PDF documents.
- Sufficient storage or a printer to keep copies of records for your files.
5. Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us at alex@infinitebookings.com. Withdrawal takes effect once we have had a reasonable opportunity to act on it, and it does not affect the validity of records provided before then. Because the service is delivered electronically, withdrawing consent may mean we cannot continue processing your application.
6. Paper copies
You may request a paper copy of any record we have provided electronically by contacting us at alex@infinitebookings.com. We do not charge a fee for paper copies.
7. Updating your details
Tell us promptly if your email address or mobile number changes, by contacting us at alex@infinitebookings.com.
