1. Programme description
Ellipsis Capital LLC sends text messages through Business Loans for America for two purposes: a one-time verification code confirming you control the number you entered, and messages about the status of your funding application.
2. Consent
By entering your mobile number and submitting an application, you consent to receive text messages from Ellipsis Capital LLC at that number, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialling system. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of applying for or receiving financing.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies. You will normally receive one verification message per application attempt, plus occasional messages about your application status.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Any charges come from your mobile carrier, not from us. Contact your carrier for the details of your plan.
5. How to stop messages
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation, after which we will send no further messages to that number. Reply START to opt back in.

7. Carriers
Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed.
8. Privacy
Numbers collected for text messaging are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell mobile numbers to third parties for their own marketing.
