How it works
One Application, Every Lender We Work With
Two minutes of your day, and then the work moves to our side of the desk. Here is exactly who is doing what, at what point, and who pays whom.
Minute 0
You apply
Six questions about the business and how much you need. Nothing to upload, no fee, and a soft review that leaves no mark on your credit.
Hour 1–4
We read the file
We work out which lenders in the network write your industry, your state and your revenue band — and which would decline, so your file does not go there.
Hour 24
Offers come back
You see them side by side with the total cost of each stated in dollars, not percentages. That comparison is the part most brokers make difficult.
Hour 72
Funds land
You take one offer or none. Walking away costs nothing, and the lender pays us only if you fund — you pay us nothing either way.
We’re brokers, and we say it out loud.
We are a financing marketplace, not a lender. We do not make credit decisions and we do not fund deals. Lenders in our network do both.
A lender pays us when your deal funds, which leaves us exactly one job: find the offer you will actually sign, and not waste your week on the ones you will not. It also means we have no reason to push you toward the most expensive product on the shelf — a deal that funds and gets repaid is worth more to us than one that funds and goes bad.
The questions worth asking any broker.
- What does it cost to use you?
- Nothing. The lender pays us a commission when a deal funds. You are never invoiced, and there is no fee to apply or to receive offers. If anyone in this industry asks you for an upfront fee, that is a recognised advance-fee scam.
- Will I get flooded with phone calls?
- No. Your file goes to the lenders that fit your business, not to everyone with a phone, and we do not sell your number as a lead. This is the single most common bad experience in this industry and it is worth asking any broker directly.
- Do you run a credit check?
- Applying results in a soft review only, which leaves no mark. A hard pull happens later and only if you accept an offer from a lender that requires one — and you will be told before it happens.
- What do I need to have ready?
- Three to six months of business bank statements covers most applications. You do not need them to start, but producing them is almost always the slowest step, so having them to hand is the biggest thing within your control.
